Support
Support pricing for the BLM packages are based on a fixed percentage of the list price of the products, covered is per annum.
Level 1 (Access to the web support area, forums and one of the annual software upgrades per annum.) - 8%
Level 2 (Access to the web support area, access to two of the 4 annual software updates per annum. Telephone and email support during UK office hours Monday > Friday 9am to 6pm.) - 15%
Level 3 (Service level agreed support) - Subject to contract.
Lease Licencing (per annum)
Our lease licening model allows business to control their budgets or simply minimise CAPX expenditure and bring software costs into the OPEX budget. Leases are annual and include the BLM Level 2 support package.

Built Systems
Due to the vast number of hardware options and fluctuations in price please contact your account manager to discuss your requirements for built systems. There is a flat fee of £400 per machine for build and configuration which includes the installation of any additional CODECS as required. All hardware supplied by BLM has a 3-year warranty.
